Acacia honey is perhaps the most appreciated and known honey, certainly for its excellent organoleptic characteristics and for the peculiar characteristic of not changing the taste of the foods and drinks to which it is added.
The honey that is collected is very pale yellow, sometimes almost transparent. Crystallization is really very slow, it remains liquid even for more than 12/15 months.
In recent years, Acacia Honey has become difficult to produce due to the prohibitive climatic conditions that occur in spring and which make it impossible for bees to collect nectar.
The Acacia plant is present in the valley bottom areas and towards the plain.
Excellent for sweetening, available in 250 gram, 500 gram and 1 kilo jar versions.
Also present is the Squeezer Acacia variant which contains the honey of the same name in a practical squeezing packaging, 250 g with a drip stopper.
